<p>Last night I was invited to join our lovely client Great Lengths for the Fellowship of Hairdressing’s President’s night which was a fab night of glitz and glamour!</p>
<p>What an amazing industry we work in that so many people dedicate their time and money into raising vital funds for charity with last night raising money for industry charity, HABB.</p>
<p>It took place at the beautiful Hurlingham Club in London and it was a great opportunity to catch up with friends and colleagues to celebrate the industry.</p>
<p>I have worked in the hair industry for many years and love being a part of it and it’s brilliant to hear what people are doing in terms of <a href="http://www.uber-uk.com/salon" target="_blank">salon marketing</a> and hear their thoughts and plans on <a href="http://www.uber-uk.com/loyalty" target="_blank">customer loyalty</a>.</p>
<p>We all had a great evening and I’m already looking forward to the next one<br />

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>We are big fans of watchdog in the <a href="http://www.uber-uk.com/" target="_blank">uber</a> office and were shouting at our screens last night whilst watching Watchdog’s report on the <a href="http://www.uber-uk.com/loyalty/" target="_blank">customer loyalty</a>&#8230;(particularly at the Boots faux pas!)</p>
<p>As you know, we’re not fans of points based <a href="http://www.uber-uk.com/loyalty/" target="_blank">customer loyalty</a> at the best of times and we are passionate that customers need to feel special so we were totally behind the over 60’s rant about the Boots <a href="http://www.uber-uk.com/programmes/" target="_blank">loyalty scheme</a><strong> </strong>taking away their privileges by giving them more points.</p>
<p>We know customers know how they like to be treated and we think it’s high time that companies look more closely into more personalised <a href="http://www.uber-uk.com/programmes/" target="_blank">customer loyalty and rewards</a>.</p>
<p>As for the insurance companies being slated for acquisition ‘hooks’ We all know that it’s five times cheaper to <a href="http://www.uber-uk.com/loyalty/" target="_blank">retain a customer</a> than it is to acquire a new one so Insurance companies and alike should try to focus on strong personalised customer loyalty and retention and customer acquisition with happen through tapping into their customers social circles through recommendations.</p>
<p>If there is a sophisticated <a href="http://www.uber-uk.com/crm/" target="_blank">CRM system</a> in place, your network will grow organically as members will value personalisation and recommend the brand to their friends if the proposition is compelling enough.</p>
<p>Businesses need to get more personal and give customers more of what they want, and indeed expect.</p>
<p>Perhaps others should put our <a href="http://www.uber-uk.com/" target="_blank">uber</a> mantra up on their walls too…. &#8211; customers are your most precious assets&#8230;looking after them means keeping them for longer!</p>

for keeping the locks of celebs around the world looking stunning! (Cheryl Cole<br />
is a huge fan!) So if you’ve ever had total hair envy in any of the glossies –<br />
it’s usually their fault!</p>
