uber are pleased to have completed phase one – launch project, and are now working with pulse on phase two.

During phase one uber helped pulse create a brand identity and an exclusive VIP club, ‘your pulse’, a unique loyalty programme offering contractors, agents and partners of pulse, treats, challenge rewards and random acts of kindness.

uber created a communications plan to drive revenue through targeted marketing communications, sales coaching to help the team with communicating the new brand club aspect and recruitment of partners for their exclusive VIP club.

Phase two focuses on refreshing the communications plan and partners as well as customer acquisition.
