Customer loyalty and CRM specialist uber appointed by beautiful Italian skincare brand, RVB.
 
Following the success of uber’s work with brand, COLLIN RESULTIME, uber has been hired by Fraser Muir to work on newly acquired Italian skincare brand RVB, to drive revenue, increase salon base in the UK and client retention.
 
RVB is a luxurious, Italian skincare brand, dedicated to producing exceptional results.  RVB is committed to studying nature, reaping from it the latest methods to help women to become even more beautiful.  uber will kick off the project by engaging more closely with existing clients through a research project in order to investigate ways to drive sales with existing customers and boost revenue.
 
uber MD, Sarah Cross, explains: ‘We are super excited about working with another fabulous skincare brand and can’t wait to get started in implementing a salon support programme to encourage real engagement in the brand from RVB’s all-important therapists.  By speaking to RVB salons prior to implementation, we can be sure that we’re implementing a desirable programme to provide uplift in revenue’
