uber has been appointed by Redken – a key haircare brand in the L’Oreal Professional Products portfolio – to be their customer loyalty specialist for salons.
uber md Sarah Cross explains: “The hairdressing industry relies heavily on client retention as a key to business success and, for many salons and salon groups, it’s an area where potential has not yet been properly realised. Sarah and the uber team will be featured in a prospectus of business-building courses and consultancy services and will be actively promoted as providing customer loyalty expertise for the Redken brand within L’Oreal Professional Products Division. Sarah has also recently been appointed as the client loyalty expert for leading trade press magazine Hairdressers Journal – answering reader’s queries and offering practical and affordable loyalty marketing solutions to salon owners.
