uber have been commissioned to develop a loyalty strategy for The Chic Collection and The World’s Best hotels.

The Chic Collection provides knowledgeable, tailor made advice for travellers looking to stay in the funkiest boutique hotels around the world whilst The World’s Best Hotels offers more traditional luxury deluxe hotels.

uber md Sarah Cross explains: “The travel industry is a very competitive market, with customers being very savvy and selective in what they want. An innovative loyalty strategy will allow The Chic Collection and The World’s Best Hotels to provide their customers with something a little bit different and ensure their clients keep coming back year on year”
