November 4, 2010 - uber go to Great Lengths

 

Customer loyalty and CRM (customer relationship management) consultancy uber has been commissioned by the UK’s top hair extension brand, Great Lengths, to undertake an exciting project to grow and enhance their customer base.
 
Leading the world, Great Lengths are regarded as the most glamorous and prestigious hair extension brand, enjoyed by the UK’s most stylish women.  Through phase one of the project, uber have tailor-made an extensive research project in order to review the UK hair extension market. After developing a detailed understanding of the attitudes and opinions of stylists, uber will strive to develop a creative and innovative loyalty and salon support programme to drive customer retention and acquisition through phase two.
 
uber MD, Sarah Cross explains: ‘We can’t wait to get started on creating a fab salon support programme for Great Lengths using our experience within the salon channel.  We’ve already gathered some really insightful information through our research which we know will allow us to create a cutting edge, totally bespoke strategy’.
