March 28, 2011 - uber goes green-fingered with Armitage's
uber has been appointed by Armitage’s Garden Centres to develop a bespoke loyalty scheme.
This GCA-certified garden centre chain offers a huge range of products from plants and gifts to contemporary cafés serving a delicious array of home-cooked food. Armitage’s are focused on growth and innovation within the industry and have appointed uber to drive customer retention and customer acquisition through the introduction of an innovative loyalty programme.
Armitage’s have some clear objectives around developing a centralised CRM database to facilitate a need to develop tailored campaigns by capturing customer transactions and performing basket analysis.
uber MD Sarah Cross said ‘We’re really thrilled to start work with Armitage’s. They are a fab local business who have already made some great in-roads into customer loyalty activity – our aim here is to improve the technical capacity to collect useful customer data and use this to create a really personal programme, offering totally relevant customer rewards and communications.’
