Bringing order and process is Emma Cross, the new uber recruit! Emma joins as operations manager bringing 9 years experience with her.

Emma has been working for uber’s client mwl for the past 7 years running the call centre and operational delivery of projects to the North Wales Police. Emma is responsible for supplier management, overseeing IT and finance. As well as making sure uber runs smoothly, Emma gets involved in project managing key clients.
