January 16, 2012 - uber set to Indulge Stuart Holmes with staff launch event...

 

The uber team are super-excited this week; having been working secretly in the background since November, they’re finally set to get staff at the Stuart Holmes Hair & Beauty Spa excited about their brand new customer loyalty programme: Indulgence by Stuart Holmes!

During this 3 month project, the uber team have implemented their fabulous small business loyalty product, uber loyal: essential which perfectly meets the needs of the beautiful Cheltenham-based salon.

Although the Stuart Holmes team was making some excellent forays into the customer loyalty field, there’s been lots to do in terms of bringing all of this activity under one clear, consistent proposition.  The uber team have worked hard to manage the production of creative work and write copy which makes the card loyalty program feel exclusive, innovative and exciting.

The team have successfully pulled together a comprehensive, 3 month communications plan, designed to drive customer acquisition and customer retention by engaging clients through exciting, personalised program rewards.

uber MD, Sarah Cross, explains ‘I can’t wait to introduce the staff to the new loyalty scheme, especially for their clients; I know they’ll be as enthusiastic about it as we are!  Stuart & the team have invested heavily in a new-look salon...and it’s really exciting to launch their innovative new customer loyalty programme to coincide with the opening.  Roll on the full launch event on 1st February!’
